The feedback mechanism

There is an inbuilt system in the ERP of SRM IST for student feedback.

Students are also encouraged to contact the Grievance Cell if their issues are not addressed within a time limit.

They are told to contact the Director or other officials for any specific matter.

The Academic Coordinator keeps in touch with them constantly to understand and redress their issues.

Feedback from the Learner Support Centres are also attended to immediately and the action taken is communicated through the centres.
